Had a great experience with AZ Rock Express. Got the right product, 1 inch Apache Brown. Annie at the office followed up perfectly. Pricing for the product, delivery and spreading was the best in the area.

They were very nice in selling me only a half ton of gravel for the tiny front yard of my Park Model home I recently purchased. It looks great!

I live in a Park Model home at a 55+ RV resort in Apache Junction, so I certainly didn't need a ton of rock or gravel for the front of my unit, but they were kind in selling me only half a ton. There was a lot of leftover rock but a neighbor quickly made good use of it. I purchased "Apache Pink 1" which looks great!

I had the best experience at a great price. I started by asking for a quote on their website. I got it the next day via email, called them, and scheduled the rock delivery. Annie explained the details on the phone, repeating the type, size, and quantity of rock that I wanted. The delivery driver was also very nice and discussed with me where to drop the rock. The team that came to spread it later in the day listened to me explain where the most important areas of the yard to cover were... with me not knowing if I had purchased enough rock or not. They did a great job. I'll definitely use them again. I've had other vendors come to the house for various projects and this was by far my best experience.

We recently ordered rock for your front yard and we couldn’t be more pleased! It’s absolutely beautiful and a much needed uplift from the sparse, existing rock. We are an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Mesa and needed rock to cover a gas line we laid in. Our regular landscaper was ridiculously high priced, so I reached out to AZ Rock Express. Not only was Annie great to deal with and extremely professional, they delivered the exact product we needed at a great price. The delivery driver and the guys that spread the 20 tons of rock were just as professional and awesome to deal with. This is a family business that has excellent customer service. All I can say is thank you and if you need rock you have found the right place to buy it!!!

What a wonderful company! Other companies should reach out to these folks and learn a thing or two about customer service and integrity. With that said, I want to express sincere gratitude to Annie, Alex, Alex Sr and the entire Rock Express crew for transforming our yard into something we can finally work with! They delivered and spread over 60 tons of gravel in our backyard, smoothed out and leveled the top of our slope and even created a nice level pad for a future shed. Simply awesome! This was the best experience. No worries. Just called, made the order and rock was delivered in 2 days and just called back on the phone to make the payment. The driver was great, allowed me to look at the rock before he dumped. Use AZ Rock express for all your rock needs. You will pay a little more for using credit card but that's convenience, well worth it.

Friendly and helpful. We needed more landscaping rock for our front yard. They didn’t have the color of rock we were looking for but the gentleman that helped us told us where to go to get the matching type of rocks. We took his suggestion and found what we were looking for. Very helpful!

Communication was excellent! The front office was very responsive, polite, and easy to do business with. They delivered 10 tons of rock within 2 weeks tops (I told them we weren't in a rush), and they also installed it very nicely in a corner of our backyard. Looks great! Everything was on time, and all the people were friendly, respectful. All at a reasonable price. Would definitely use again!

Needed a bucket of landscape stone, so I bought them a sample of what I needed in a baggie, and we found a very close match. Got a 5 gal bucket for $5.00. Awesome

Amazing family owned business! I was shocked when I requested information on a weekend and they responded over the weekend, gave me the quote, scheduled delivery, everything on Sunday! When I first ordered we had a delay and had to reschedule and Annie was super flexible. Once we finally rescheduled due to a family emergency I could not be home for the delivery. Annie worked with me to arrange payment and where to put the gravel. The driver called me and was super through and made sure that everything was in the right place, Shop local and support this family owned and operated business!

Great experience! The rocks were delivered promptly, as scheduled. The delivery folks were kind, helpful and made sure the rocks were dumped where we requested. They complimented our rock color choice - Apache Brown. Working with the administration person was pleasant and efficient as well. Highly recommend!

Fantastic customer service from start to finish! Alex and Annie were very professional and responsive. By far, they had the best quotes for the gravel I needed. The driver was also very polite and delivered my items within the time frame they gave me. The installers were also fabulous! They had 11 tons of gravel spread out within 2 hours. They also did a great job of cleaning up after they were done. I will definitely use this company again in the future!

EXCELLENT experience with AZ Rock Express! Best price by far from anyone, everything was delivered right on time and they are so friendly and helpful in getting what you need when you need it. Annie at the main office was fantastic about getting us scheduled, Dan at the yard helped us choose the best products for our plan, and Alex, who made the deliveries will blow your mind with how he can get the truck in just the right spot, he cut down the time we will spend spreading by at least half. Everything is 10/10!

Great price. Appreciated the delivery but would have really appreciated a more narrow timeframe. Good variety. However we were interested in getting big rocks/ small boulders and the guy working at the yard had no clue how to mark them for us or create order. He said he would tell the office lady but nope. When I told her the following weekday he had not relayed the chosen rocks.

Absolutely the BEST price per ton - by far! Excellent responsiveness & delivery. While some others did not even respond to online quote requests, AZ Rock Express answered with a quote immediately, and that was the price I paid. As much as $36 cheaper than any other quotes that I did get. Highly recommend for service, prices, and courtesy. Very satisfied!

We hired AZ Rock Express to deliver 43 tons of crushed granite and spread it in our front & back yards. They delivered on time, the product was excellent and the workers who spread the granite did a fantastic job! Great prices too! I would highly recommend AZ Rock Express!

Very easy to set up. They have their own cellphone app and instructions how to calculate what needed. Had backyard gravel delivered and installed. Beautiful job! Way beyond expectations as being laid on top of old gravel. They only accept cash so need to go to bank prior to big jobs (ours was almost 2k including install) but totally worth it. Price is the competitive as other landscapers for this size yard. Looks nicer than when the yard was 1st installed by Cal Pools. Staff is very responsive. We had a snafu with the install date but ended up with thunderstorms that day so we would have had to cancel anyway. We are going to have them refresh the gravel in the front as well. They even offered to match it exactly prior to ordering so HOA doesn't get mad at us.A plus is that they are very transparent with pricing so we knew exactly what we were getting ahead of time. Highly recommend.

Reached out to a few rock companies and AZ Rock Express had great pricing and was communicative. We accepted their bid and had it all delivered today and installed. Crew was great. I went to check on the progress and was working on an irrigation leak and was planning to return the next day. When the office called me for payment, they told me the crew noticed the leak and fixed it for me. Talk about going the extra mile without asking. FANTASTIC company and experience - would use again!

Helpful and friendly

So much right with this transaction. I contacted them through email and received a very quick response. I was able to get details and complete the transaction all through email which is a big plus for me. Pricing with delivery was very fair.I finalized the deal at the end of the day on May 24th and was set up with delivery for June 1st. I thought that was very fast especially considering the holiday. The delivery driver was WAY beyond courteous and a real pro making suggestions on where he should drop the load and finally putting it exactly where i asked. Yes sir no sir the whole way through. Wow!Lastly .. most places would not make a delivery for less than 10 tons. I dont know what AZ Rock Express's minimum is but I was able to get 3 tons delivered without any issues. The Landscape rock was beautifulUnfortunately .. I underestimated and need another 3 tons ... I will most certainly be calling them for that and any future needs and recommending them to anyone that might need their materials. A+ transaction. Very pleased.

UPDATE: the owner contacted us regarding the amount of dirt we found in the pile and they offered to come and take away the dirt which helps us out a lot. They were very prompt and professional and we were happy with the way they handled our issue. Will be recommending them to our neighbors in the future! So we received our product on time and got to shoveling the rock into our yard only to figure out about halfway through, that about 40% of that pile was dirt. We ordered 6 tons of rock and maybe got 4 or 5 out of it based on how much dirt was in the pile. Obviously, getting rid of ALL the dirt in the pile prior to delivery isn’t exactly possible, but... this much? See photos below. We plan on calling the owner for some sort of resolution and hope to update this review soon.

Product was delivered timely and prices were fair! There was an exceptionally large amount of dirt in my 6 tone pile of Apache Brown. Alex contacted us in regards to this situation and had someone come out and remove the dirt for us. This was a huge help, as we had no where to move the dirt to. Excellent customer service!

These guys installed 1500 sq. feet of sod along with a sprinkler system and timer for our home. They were prompt in coming to give us an estimate, were very straightforward about all work that required to be performed, and pricing. I could not recommend them enough highly.

I have been hiring several vendors in the past two months and more often than not I have been disappointed with the results. Az Rock Express has restored my faith! We shopped around and they had the best price for gravel and boulders. I called to order and they were at my house the very next day. This is the first business I have worked with recently that actually did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it, and for a great price. I didn't have to listen to excuses; they just came to my house and did a beautiful and professional job. They even took the time to leave everything clean. I could not be happier!!

I ordered 10 tons of ABC material from Alex on Saturday and it was delivered by Benny on Monday morning at 6:00 am sharp. Both Alex and Benny are very friendly. Benny (delivery driver) dropped the load exactly where I needed it. I highly recommend this crew at AZ Rock Express and I will be using them for all of material needs from here on out.

Things sometimes happen beyond our control - I understand that, My overall personal experience I found AZ Rock Express offered awesome customer support (thx Alex and David) - very communicative and friendly staff. Highly recommended. We went with 10 tons of 1" for backyard landscaping and 10 tons of 3/8 pea gravel for driveway (shown in pics). We made two orders thus far will buy again when time comes.

This was only my second time ever ordering gravel so i was a little intimidated by the process and trying to make sure i bought the correct stuff. Casey the sales manager really helped me through the entire process, came to my house with samples so we could get a match, measured my yard so i got the exact amount i needed, and had out delivered on the day and time he said out would be. This was the easiest process ever. I highly recommend AZ Rock Express. Also, the driver was courteous and helpful. All around a great experience.

After we received a notice from our city letting us know that we needed to fix our front yard (the sod was dead as we purposely let it die to eventually put rocks in), it forced us to care of the yard sooner than later. Because quotes that we received from landscaping companies were way above our budget, we decided to take on ourselves the project of landscaping the yard. My boyfriend came across AZ Rock Express' website, found their prices to be pretty reasonable, and we decided to visit their quarry to check out their inventory. Alex was super helpful and took us to the different rocks they had, explained the names, sizes and prices. After looking at approx five different rocks, we decided to go with the Desert Gold in 1/2 inch. He explained that it typically takes about 2 days from the time of ordering for the rocks to be delivered. Since we still had prep work to do with the yard, we let him know that we'd call when we were ready. Once we were ready, we gave instructions for our order, they delivered on a Friday afternoon, and we provided a check at that time. The best part is - we were originally concerned that they would dump them on the sidewalk, obstructing the street, somehow resulting in another notice from the city, but we didn't need to worry about that at all - they were able to dump the rocks directly in our frontyard! Due to our miscalculation (AZ Rock Express originally advised us to go with more), we ended up placing another order for an additional five tons of rocks - which again was delivered right on time, and they dumped the rocks exactly where we needed them. We spread the rocks ourselves, but we considered using AZ Rock Express' services initially. These guys are awesome to deal with, were timely and made the experience very easy and seamless. If we have any other landscaping needs, we'll definitely go back to them. Thanks, Alex and company!

I have used AZ Rock Express for a few landscaping rock projects and it has always been a great experience. They have been very helpful with answering any questions I have had, and with helping me figure out how much rock I needed. I even had them do the rock install for one of my projects and it came out beautiful! There was no clean up needed and the rock spread was perfect. The surrounding area actually looked better after they left! I have received many compliments from neighbors and highly recommend AZ Rock Express.
